Most Landry Homes builds take 10–14 months from permit approval to possession, depending on design complexity, municipal timelines, and trade availability. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.

You can come to us with your own lot, or we can connect you with lot opportunities in communities we work in across the Edmonton area. Either way, we’ll assess the lot conditions early in the process so there are no surprises.

As involved as you want to be. We provide regular updates, clear milestones, and a direct line to your project manager. You’ll have enough visibility to feel confident without needing to check in every day.

All Landry Homes builds are covered under Alberta’s mandatory new home warranty program through NHWG or equivalent. Beyond that, the same team that built your home handles any warranty concerns — there’s no third-party handoff.

We work with our design partner Terra Currie to help you develop your plans, finishes, and interior selections. You’re welcome to bring your own designer — we work collaboratively with outside design teams as well.
