We start with a conversation — no pressure, no pitch. We'll talk through your lot, your goals, and your budget so we both have a clear picture of what you want to build. If we're the right fit, we'll tell you. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

Design & Planning
This is where your home starts taking shape on paper. We work through your floor plan, walk you through your finish selections, and keep the budget visible at every step. Nothing gets locked in until you're confident in it.

Contracts & Pre-Construction
Before a shovel touches your lot, you'll have a fixed-price contract with full scope detail — no estimate ranges, no open-ended costs. We handle permits, trade scheduling, and site prep so everything is lined up before construction begins.

Construction
We build with trades we trust and materials that hold up to an Edmonton winter. You'll hear from us at every key milestone — framing, rough-ins, drywall, and cabinet install — so you always know where your build stands.

Walkthrough & Possession
Before keys change hands, we walk the home together. Every item on the deficiency list gets resolved — not deferred. When possession day comes, the home is clean, complete, and ready to move into.

Warranty & Aftercare
Every Landry Homes build is enrolled in the Alberta New Home Warranty Program before possession. And we don't disappear after you move in — if something comes up, one call still gets you the same person who built your home.
